At age 9, Lucy’s parents took her to watch her first Olympics. This event had a profound impact on her, and ever since then she has spent much of her life running.  

What started as a hobby soon turned into a sporting career. Thanks to this, Lucy has been privilidged to work with some of the world’s best coaches, mentors, psychologists, and performance specialists. By achieving success at the highest level, Lucy knows exactly what it takes to deliver results in the most demanding of environments. 

 
Understanding that a sports career naturally comes to an end before you can draw your pension, Lucy actively pursued a career in business alongside her sporting career, to ensure she always had a strong grounding to fall back on. Starting at 18, she studied for a BA and MSc at University. After completing her studies, Lucy worked in a number of junior positions and internships, before progressing in to marketing management and leadership roles at leading business organisations. In 2017 Lucy became a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and in 2020 became a Charted Manager.  

 

By competing internationally, whilst also working at management level, Lucy has seen first had how businesses can draw strongly from the world of elite sport, to improve performance and deliver outstanding results.  

 

Lucy feels that now is the time for her to share the things she has learned and the experiences she has lived through, so that you can apply these lessons specifically within your business, to reach the next level…. and beyond.
